St. Leonard's Church, Shoreditch High St, London E1 6JN
Drop-in sessions led variously by
Magda Stawman-Tuka, Persis-Jade Maravala, Krystian Godlewski
These intensive and highly physical classes are for those who may be missing a regular actor’s training, who need to stay connected and are striving to develop their craft to the highest standard.
We focus on work with the body in relation to the Grotowski tradition of creative research, with special focus on:
Our aim is to create a safe environment for experimentation and feedback, a place to discover a deeper physical understanding of mind, body and space in the context of performance, stripping away the performer's habitual defences to enable a richer experience, one that may inform and prepare for the unique demands of live work.
Price per session: £15
